Group Trip Advisory

Adult Group Trip: Our trips are tailored for adults aged 21-39 years. Participants should understand that these trips are designed for those seeking adventure, exploration, and the freedom to experience travel in their own way.

Freedom and Flexibility: While Eureka Trips coordinates and organizes all the activities and inclusions as per the itinerary, participants are free to explore and do things on their own during free time or when no group activities are scheduled for that day.

Non-Mandatory Participation: It is not mandatory to stick with the group at all times. If you wish to skip any included activities and prefer to explore on your own, you may do so. However, no changes will be made to the itinerary, and no refunds will be provided for missed activities.

Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety during free time or when engaging in activities independently. While Eureka Trips takes every measure to ensure your safety and enjoyment, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the trip, we commit to provide better experiences to our traveller & assist them with all the issues they face throughout the trip but we can’t be held responsible for the same.

Limited Liability: Eureka Trips holds responsibility for coordinating the trip and ensuring that all planned activities and inclusions are in place. We strive to provide the best possible experience, but participants must understand that there are inherent risks in some adventure activities. If an injury occurs during a scheduled group activity, we will assist as best as possible, but participants must understand that they assume personal risk during these activities.
